Take Cursor on Sign up the top right side and click on the Expert Signup button top right side.
Fill all the required data to sign up as an Expert.
OTP Verification. Entered OTP received on the mobile number to verify the account. Now experts can sign-in into the application using a mobile number & password. To sign in via email & password, kindly verify the email as well.
Email verification to receive system-generated email notifications.
Now click on the verify email button to verify the email address on the Meri Help Platform. Now experts can sign-in into the application using email id and password.
The expert can sign in the application via Mobile Number or Email Id and Password. The application will take experts to their profile section.

Profile Photo Update. Click on the Camera icon and select your profile picture
View Dashboard. Here expert can see their today and future appointments.
Update the general profile. An expert can update their specialization, DOB, Gender
Update Skills set in which the expert has experienced by selecting pre-populated skills. Experts can also set this experience in years.
Experts can update the address. It is for the system reference only. This address will not be shown to the user.
Experts can update about me and professional summary to shown users about their experience, skillset in more detail.
Experts can see their all appointments by switching tabs.
A. Upcoming > All future appointments
B. History > All past appointments.

Experts can upload their latest resume/CV by clicking on Add new button.
Experts can select their resumes from mobile or laptop. After select the file expert can save their resume to the system.
To update education on system, expert can click the education tab right side of the resume.
To add new education experts click on Add new button.
Experts can add their graduation, post-graduation, Diploma, Ph.D., M.Phil documents. These documents will be review by the back-end admin system. These documents are mandatory to activate the profile on the MeriHelp platform.
Note: Experts need to upload relevant documents to verify their education
After submitting the education document expert can see their added education with verified status.
These signs show this particular education didn’t verified yet. Once the admin verified it then the sign will change to verified.
To update work Experience on the system, an expert can click the experience tab right side of the education.
Experts can add their experience by click on Add new button.
Experts can add their experience by entering the designation, center/clinic/hospital name, a position since, position to.
After submitting the experienced expert can see their added experience with verified status.
Highlighted signs show this particular experience didn’t verified yet. Once the admin verified it then the sign will change to verified.
Experts can update their academic certification by following a similar way of adding education.
Experts can update their work/academic achievement by following a similar way of adding education.
An expert can set their appointment time by clicking the practice time section.
An expert can add their available (Available for counseling sessions) appointment time. An expert can set multiple times of each day according to their availability.
An expert can set their holiday if s/he does not want to take the appointment of particular days. This helps experts to manage their availability in case if s/he on leaves so the patient can not book an appointment of a particular day.
Experts can submit their payment methods on which they would like to deposit their counseling session fees.
Note: Experts need to upload canceled cheque copy to verify their account details.
